Learn to knit kit

Learn to knit with this beginner's kit, which will teach you the very basics of knitting. It will give you the confidence to move on to more adventurous projects.

My craft box is designed for people new to knitting and includes a full colour booklet explaining basic techniques and terminology as well
as a pattern to make your own adult sized cosy cowl. The box includes all the materials you will need, although you will need a pair of scissors.

Included in the craft box are:

* 1 full colour A4 instruction and pattern booklet with photographs, printed on 150gsm silk art paper
* 2 100g balls of Robin Super Chunky acrylic yarn
* 1 cotton drawstring project bag
* 1 10mm pair of bamboo knitting needles, measuring 30cm in length
* 1 wool needle


I have selected a gorgeously squishy super chunky acrylic yarn from Robin for this project, meaning that once you have mastered the stitches, you will see your project grow quickly. Because the yarn is acrylic, this is also suitable for vegans.

There are a number of shades of yarn to choose from, which are shown in the final image. Please note that the red is a particularly difficult to capture pillar box red. Choose your colour as variations when ordering.

I've done my best to capture the colours as well as possible, but please note that shades will vary between devices.

The yarn is machine washable - please see yarn label for full care instructions.

Orders will be packed in a white presentation box lined with recycled tissue paper in a bright and cheerful shade of golden yellow.
